For the West Bengal Primary Teacher jobs, the candidates must possess the following qualification:

• 12th class pass with minimum 50% marks and finished or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).

OR

• 12th class pass with a minimum of 45% marks and finished or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) from a recognized institute.

OR

• 12th standard pass with a minimum of 50% marks and finished or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) (Special Education), a course recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India shall be considered.

OR

• Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years B.Ed from a recognized college or educational institute.

Applicant’s age must be between 18 to 40 years as of 01 January 2022. The upper age is relaxable to the reserved category candidates as per the state government rules.
