West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct Common Entrance Test for UG Courses at Presidency University in May 2023. The course/ entrance test is also named PUBDET. The schedule for this entrance test is released officially. The board will release WB PUBDET Admit Cards at least two weeks before the test date.
Students can download the admit cards from the official website by using the application registration number and date of birth. A direct link to the same will be activated as and when the same is released by the officials.
The test is conducted every year. For the academic session of 2023-24, the Board (WBJEEB) is going to conduct the Entrance Test (PUBDET-2023) for admission to full-time Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) courses (Major/Honours) in the Presidency University.

Applications from eligible candidates for this entrance test were invited in January 2023. Eligible students were able to register online from 03 January to 31 January 2023 from the official website of WBJEEB.
West Bengal PUBDET-2023 Examination Schedule
The entrance test will be conducted on two days i.e. 20 May (Saturday) and 21 May (Sunday) in multiple shifts each day. Timings of WB PUBDET-2023 will be as follows:-

WB PUBDET Examination Scheme & Paper Pattern
- In every paper, there will be objective-type multiple-choice questions.
- All questions will have four options.
- There will be one correct answer among the given options.
- There will be 50 questions in each paper.
- Each paper will have full 100 marks.
- The duration of the paper will be 90 minutes.
