The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has decided to conduct the JELET exam on 10 June 2023 in all districts of WB state. The JELET exam is conducted for lateral entry into the 4 years undergraduate courses such as Engineering/ Technology/ Pharmacy in different Universities, Government colleges and Private Engineering & Technology institutions.
A large number of students who applied for the JELET test can download the admit card from 01 June 2023. The WB JELET Admit Card 2023 will be released on wbjeeb.nic.in website. Candidates can download the exam letter after adding their login credentials to the authority portal. The registration was started in December 2022 and was closed on 17 January 2023.

JELET Exam Overview
The WBJEEB will conduct the OMR sheet-based entrance test. The JELET exam will be contained two papers. Paper 1 will be organised for Diploma in Engineering/Technology or B.Sc students and Paper 2 for Diploma in Pharmacy applicants. In the exam, all multiple-choice questions will only be in the English language. All questions have four options and will be completed within 2 hours. The marking scheme and paper pattern have been mentioned below:
Paper 1: In Category 1, each right question will be for 1 mark and 0.25 negative marking for the wrong answer. In Category 2, each correct question will be given 2 marks & no negative marking.

JELET Admission Process
The candidates will be selected on the basis of the entrance test. Those applicants who obtained good scores and achieve a higher rank will be invited to the counselling process. The counselling process will be conducted by the examination authority & seat allotted after completion of the counselling.
In the next stage, the original documents will be verified by the allotted institute. After completion of all stages, the aspirants will allow to take admitted into undergraduate courses in the allotted colleges or institutes.
How to download the WB JELET Admit Card 2023?
The call letter which will be issued by the examination board contains all details of the candidates and exams like the candidate’s name, photograph, examination schedule, Exam date and name, course name, and other crucial instructions. To download the exam ticket, students have to follow the below-given steps:

- Select the exam name, application number and password & click on Sign in.
- Then click on the JELET Admit Card and it will be downloaded.
