The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct the common entrance test named JECA on 08 July 2023. The motive of the JECA exam is to provide admission to students in Master of Computer Application Courses in various Government or Private Universities/colleges in the state of West Bengal.
The WB JECA Admit Card 2023 will be published on the authorised site of the board. Candidates who successfully submitted their application form before the last date will be able to download the call letter for the exam. The tentative date for publication of the admit card is 28 June 2023.

JECA Examination Schedule & Paper Pattern
The JECA exam will be conducted in offline mode i.e. OMR sheet-based test. The exam will be organised in a single shift from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM. All multiple-choice questions will be given in the paper. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. The paper will contain two categories. Category 1 will carry 80 questions, for each question 1 mark & 0.25 marks will be deducted for the wrong answer. Apart from this, Category 2 will contain only 20 questions & no negative markings as well as for each correct answer 2 marks will be awarded.

JECA Admission & Counselling Process
The WBJEEB will issue the rank cards for individual students on their official site after the completion of the entrance test. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks achieved by the candidates in the exam. Qualified aspirants will apply online for the counselling process.
The verification of the documents will be done by the specific colleges or institutes which will be allotted during the counselling process. Some seats are reserved for the reserved categories.

- Click on the JECA tab & a new page will open.
- Login into your candidate’s id with an application number & password.
- Click on the JECA Admit Card link & it will be downloaded.
