The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited has initiated a selection process for the appointment of 1033 candidates for the post of Executive Assistant. The selection of these candidates will be based on their performance in the examinations organized by the board. But before that, the exam authority will announce the UPPCL Executive Assistant Exam Date for the aspirants.
After the announcement of the examination schedule, the board will publish the UP Executive Assistant Admit Card for the participants. The admit cards will be released at least a week prior to the examination date. The candidates are advised to download the document as soon as it gets released to avoid the last-minute rush.
The UPPCL released the Executive Assistant recruitment in August 2022 and its application process was completed by the board in September 2022. The board received a huge number of applications and called all those candidates to appear in the written examination as per the schedule of the written exam.

All qualified applicants will get their UPPCL EA Admit Card at least two weeks before the scheduled exam date. On the admit card, you will find important information such as the candidate’s name, registration number, photograph, category, the assigned exam roll number, the test timings, and the name of the examination centre.
Candidates are obligated to double verify the accuracy of the printout of their Uttar Pradesh Executive Assistant Admit Card. In the event that there was a mistake, you should get in touch with the office of the examination authority before the day of the exam. In order to participate in the written examination, applicants are asked to have a photo identification proof with them along with a printout of their admit card.
Uttar Pradesh PCL Executive Assistant Selection Process
The candidates will find three parts in the selection process. The first two parts are included in the written examination where the board will ask candidates some questions about different subjects. While in the third part applicants will have to appear in the typing test where their typing ability will be tested.
- In this examination, the candidates will be asked questions on various topics in the Computer field.
- The level of examination will be NIELIT “CCC”.
- This examination will be of qualifying in nature and its marks will not be considered for the final merit list preparation.
- The candidates will have to attain at least 20 marks to pass this test.
- The maximum mark a candidate can attain in this test is 50.
- There will be a negative marking of 1/4th.
- The written examination will be 180 marks.
- The candidates will get one mark for each correct answer.
- There will be 180 MCQ questions in the test.
- There will be a negative marking of 1/4th mark for each wrong answer.

The candidates who have passed the written examination will be called to take the typing test. For this test, the candidates should have a typing speed of 30 words per minute for Hindi Typing and 35 words per minute for the English language. This examination will be of 20 marks. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks of candidates in the written exam and typing test.

- Then go to the Executive Assistant Vacancy page.
- Then open the “Admit Card” page link.
- Now it will open a new webpage.
- On this page, you need to enter login details.
- Enter and Submit these details.
- Then the document will appear in front of you.
- Download & print it to carry it to the exam centre.
