Bundelkhand University Jhansi (BU Jhansi) has been given the responsibility to conduct the B.Ed Entrance Test for the session starting from 2023. An initial notification regarding the same has been released on the official website bujhansi.ac.in.
Department of Higher Education in Uttar Pradesh conducts the entrance test for admission to B.Ed courses in the state. As per the NCTE guidelines, any of the state universities are given the responsibility to furnish the admission process.
As per the UP B.Ed 2023 Notification, application forms will be processed online. The schedule has also been announced by Jhansi University. Online applications for the UP B.Ed Entrance test commenced on 10 February 2023.

UP B.Ed Eligibility
- Students from the General and OBC Category require 50% Marksin Graduation in Science/ Social Science/ Humanitarian from any recognised University. BE, B.Tech (Math and Science) Background students require a minimum of 55%
- SC/ST candidates are required to be passed from any recognised University.
Application Form Process
The candidates will need to register and submit the application form online. Candidates need not send the hard copy of the application form to the examination authorities.
Admission Process
Admissions to B.Ed will be provided based on the rank achieved in the entrance test. The candidates will be allocated seats after multiple phases of counselling.
