Essential Eligibility Details
- Driver: Applicants must be at least 8th class pass. Also, applicants should have a work experience of minimum 18 months in heavy transport vehicles.
- Conductor / Driver cum Conductor: Aspirants must have passed SSLC and should have a decent knowledge of the Tamil language to be eligible for these posts.
The minimum age for TNSTC Driver / Conductor Jobs must be 24 years while the upper age limit for these posts is 40 years as of 01 January 2023. Relaxation in the upper age limit will apply per the state government rules.
Selection Process
Candidates need to go through two phases in order to get selected for the Conductor and Driver Jobs as mentioned below:

- Practical Test (Conductor)
