Anna university is conducting the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2023 and has released a notification for admission to various courses for the academic year 2023-2024. The various courses include MBA and MCA.
The application procedure started online on 1 February 2023 and ended on 22 February 2023. The date of examination for TANCET MBA/MCA is 25 March 2023. The MCA exam is will be conducted in the morning session and the MBA exam will be conducted in the afternoon session.

This hall ticket is very important as you would be required to carry it to the examination venue and also during the counselling, so if you lost the hall ticket after the exam, an additional ₹300 will be charged to get a new hall ticket.
Admission Process
The candidates who qualify the TANCET 2023 will be allowed to fill out the form for TN MBA counselling. After that rank list will be published on the basis of the marks obtained.
TANCET Exam Schedule 2023
The exam is going to be conducted in the morning and evening shifts on 25 March 2023. The morning shift will start at 10 A.M and end at 12 P.M. for TANCET MCA 2023. The afternoon shift will commence at 2:30 P.M. and conclude at 4:30 P.M.
TANCET Exam Paper Pattern
- The exam is of multiple choice questions.
- Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark.
- For every incorrect answer, -1/3 will be deducted.
- There are a total of 100 questions.
- The time given to complete the examination is 2 hours for both papers.
