Staff Selection Commission published the recruitment notification on 09 May 2023 for the Group C post. The SSC conducts the every year CHSL exam known as the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination. The online application submission was started on 09 May 2023 and will be closed on 08 June 2023.
Through this notification, the Lower Divisional Clerks/ Junior Secretariat Assistants, and Data Entry Operators posts will be filled up in various departments such as Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals etc.

Eligibility Criteria for SSC CHSL
Candidates who have passed the 12th class with Science subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or its equivalent from any state-recognized board can apply for the SSC CHSL exam.
Applicants must be born between 02 August 1996 to 01 August 2005. The age limit for CHSL is 18 to 25 years which is calculated as of 01/08/2023. For reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC, PWD, and Ex-Serviceman age relaxation is provided in the upper age limit.
SSC Application Fee
The application fee which is paid at the time of the submission of the application form is 100 rupees. Aspirants who belong to SC/ST, PwBD, and ESM are exempted to pay the examination fee. The application fee can be paid online through UPI transactions, Debit cards/ Credit Cards and SBI e-challan methods.
