State Bank of India Central Recruitment & Promotion Department has completed the application registration for Probationary Officer posts. Now, the organization will conduct a Preliminary Test for these posts on 17, 18, 19 and 20 December 2022. For this exam, the authority will release SBI PO Admit Card to the eligible candidates in the first week of December.

Candidates will be able to download and access the Admit Cards from the official website by using the application registration number and date of birth in the relevant link. A direct link to access the same is provided in the below section.

Thereafter, the bank authorities will conduct a Mains Examination for these posts in January/February 2023. Separate SBI PO Call Letters will be issued for each event. As we already know, SBI PO Recruitment was announced in September 2022 and candidates were able to apply online from 22 September to 12 October 2022.

Prospective candidates, who aspire to join the State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer appears in the SBI PO Exam every year. Selection for these posts is done on basis of the three phases of examination i.e. Preliminary Test, Main Examination and Psychometric Test. Candidates must be aware of the syllabus and pattern of these exam phases.

SBI PO Prelims Exam Scheme & Paper Pattern

The written examination for State Bank of India Probationary Officer posts will have two phases i.e. Preliminary Test and Main Examination. The scheme of these exams will be as follows:

  • The test will be conducted in Online mode.
  • Objective-type multiple-choice questions will be asked in the test.
  • The prelims exam will be of one hour.
  • The exam will consist of 100 questions carrying one mark each.

Main Examination

The Main Examination will be conducted online and will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks

after the conclusion of the Objective Test and candidates will have to type their Descriptive Test
answers on the computer.

SBI PO Admit Card Details & Instructions

SBI PO Call Letter will have important details including the application number, candidate’s name, exam & post name, photograph, exam centre name and examination timings etc on it. These details must be correct and resemble the candidate. If an error is found, candidates are required to contact the exam authority with supporting documents for necessary rectification.

Aspirants must bring a valid photo identity proof of himself/herself at the time of exam appearance. Candidates without the SBI PO Admit Card print and photo identity proof shall not be allowed to take the exam. A valid photo identity proof may be among the following documents:

  • Aadhar Card
  • Voter’s ID Card
  • Driving License
  • Pan Card
  • Bank Passbook

  2. Go through the Career section.
  3. Click on the link for PO Admit Card.
  4. Fill in the required information i.e. Registration Number & Date of birth.
  5. Check the filled information and click on submit button.
  6. Finally, download your admit card and print it for further use.
