The Rajasthan State Eligibility Test, commonly known as Rajasthan SET, is an important examination for candidates aspiring to become Assistant Professors in various colleges and universities in Rajasthan. Govind Guru Tribal University, Banswara, Rajasthan has successfully conducted the State Eligibility Test. The test was organized to fill the posts of Assistant Professors on 26 March 2023.
The examination was organized at various examination centres across major districts of Rajasthan. The University i.e. GGTU declared the result for this exam on 18 May. GGTU has released the Rajasthan SET Result 2023. A total of 109796 candidates participate in the SET and 7208 candidates out of these have been declared qualified. A list of the qualified candidates is added below.

The State Eligibility Test in Rajasthan is organized by Gobind Guru Tribal University, Banswara, Rajasthan. For the year 2023, the test was held on 26 March 2023 (Sunday). The qualified candidates will be eligible to apply for the post of Assistant Professor in colleges and universities of Rajasthan.
GGTU invited online applications for State Eligibility Test in January 2023. The registration started on 12 January while the last date to submit a filled application form was 11 February 2023.
Rajasthan State Eligibility Test Result Declaration Date
The Rajasthan SET result is an important milestone for candidates who have appeared for the examination. It determines their eligibility for the Assistant Professor positions in various colleges and universities in Rajasthan. The Rajasthan SET result is usually declared within 2-3 months of the examination. Therefore, it was expected that the GGTU will declare the Rajasthan State Eligibility Test Result in the May month.
Right now, the organization released the results of the qualified candidates. The candidates are intimated through a notification on the official website along with the notice in regional newspapers.
Rajasthan SET Cut-Off Scores – Paper 1 & Paper 2 Qualifying Marks
The exam conducting body also released the cut-off marks for each category along with the GGTU Rajasthan SET Result. Candidates who have scored above the cut-off marks for their respective category are considered eligible for the Assistant Professor posts.
A written examination was conducted for a total of 300 marks. Candidates have to score as more as marks out of 300 to be eligible to pass the State Eligibility Test, Rajasthan.
