Odisha Board of Secondary Education has released the OSSTET Admit Card today. The candidates who had applied for the OSSTET 2022 earlier need to download and print the admit card to appear in the exam.
The Admit Card is uploaded on the website bseodisha.ac.in and the download link has been made public as well. The Odisha Secondary School Teacher Eligibility Test will be conducted on 12 January at various examination centres in the state.

Notification for OSSTET was released in November by the BSE Odisha. It is necessary for the state Boards to conduct the TET exam at regular intervals for the candidates who wish to join as teachers in state government-operated schools.
The OSSTET exam has two categories, Category 1 (Paper 1) and Category 2 (Paper 2). The OSSTET Category 1 is for Education Teachers (Trained Graduate Teachers in Science/ Arts, Hindi/ Classical Teacher (Sanskrit/ Urdu/ Telugu) and Category 2 is for Physical Education Teachers.
OSSTET 2022 Paper Pattern
The pattern highlights the marking scheme of the exam along with the number of questions, name of subjects and exam duration. The OSSTET exam carries 150 marks for each paper. A total of 150 MCQs are asked in the exam from the following sections:
- Language I – 20 MCQs
- Language II – 20 MCQs
- Subject-Specific Section – 60 MCQs
- Child Development, Pedagogy, School Management & Evaluation – 50 MCQs
There is no negative marking for the OSSTET exam evaluation. Candidates will be given two hours and thirty minutes to attempt the paper.
