The Odisha Staff Selection Commission is going to call candidates to appear in the written examination of Block Social Security Officer very soon. The applicants will get their OSSC BSSO Admit Card as an invitation and there will be all details mentioned on it about the examination.

As of now, the Odisha BSSO Exam Date has been announced and the exam will be conducted on 03 November 2022. The admission Letter for the same can be downloaded from 30 October 2022.

OSSC BSSO Admission Letter & Examination Details

The candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination venue without the proper documentation. If any candidate forgets or missed to bring the required papers/documents to the examination then he/she will not get permission to sit for the test.

The candidates have to carry their admit card, an ID card, and two recent passport-size photographs with them while travelling to the examination centre. Also, carry one photocopy of each document and produce it in front of board officials when demanded.

OSSC BSSO Selection Process, Paper Pattern

The candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks in the three phases selection process. Applicants will be notified about the commencement of each selection process phase through the official web portal of the commission.

• This phase of the selection process will be qualifying in nature. Marks of this examination will not be added to the final merit list preparation.
• There will be a question paper of 100 marks.
• All questions will be multiple choice types.
• The candidates will get 01 hours and 30 minutes to solve the questions.
• The candidates will get a penalty of .25 marks for wrong answers.
• Applicants will find questions from subjects like Arithmetic, Computer Awareness, Data Interpretation, General Awareness, Logical Reasinging, etc.

(i) Main Written Examination

• The main examination will be a pen-paper-based examination.
• It will have a mix of multiple choice type and short answer type questions.
• It will be 200 marks.
• The candidates will get 03 hours to solve the written exam.
• The candidates will get a penalty of .25 marks for wrong answers.

(ii) Computer Skill Test

• The proficiency of candidates in the computer will be tested through this test.
• This test will be a total of 50 marks.
• Aspirants will get 01 hours to solve the written exam.

The certificates of educational qualification and reservation or other will be checked at this stage. The candidates will be asked to carry all their original qualification certificates along with photocopies of them. The candidates will be called to appear in the certificate verification process only after passing the Main exam and Computer Skill Test.

Steps to download the Odisha BSSO Hall Ticket 2022

Aspirant may download their Odisha BSSO Admit Card from the official website of the board by following the instructions mentioned below. Participants will need their online application ID and password to access the candidate dashboard on the website of the organization.
