The National Council of Education Research and Training, New Delhi issued the job notification on 22 April 2023 to fill up the Non-teaching vacant post under Direct Recruitment through Open Competitive Examination. A total number of 347 vacancies has been notified in the advertisement. The online application form commenced on 29 April and the closing date of the application form is 19 May 2023.

Eligibility Criteria for NCERT Jobs
Educational Qualification
Candidates who wish to apply for various non-teaching posts read the official notification to know about the education qualification in detail. For each post, the academic qualification, and work experience in relevant trade for a particular post have been different.
Age limit
The minimum age limit has not been mentioned in the advertisement and the upper age will also vary according to a different post, the maximum age limit is 27 to 35 years. Age relaxation will also be provided for reserved categories as per the NCERT rules.
Non-Academic Application Fee
The examination fee can be paid by using various online payment methods. The application will not be refunded in any circumstances. The SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Service-men candidates are exempted to pay the application fee. The examination fee for unreserved/OBC/EWS has discussed below according to the level of the post as follows:
- For levels 10-12: ₹1500/-
- For levels 6-7: ₹1200/-
- For levels 2-5: ₹1000/-
