On behalf of the Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Department, the MPPSC conducts the State Eligibility Test (SET). This is a state-level examination required for all the candidates for the post of Assistant Professor in the colleges and government institutions of Madhya Pradesh.

The MP SET Examination is scheduled to be held on June 4, 2023. The test is conducted for 36 subjects. The test will be organized at a number of locations in different districts around Madhya Pradesh. Candidates will be intimated about their examination centre on their respective MP SET Admit Cards.

Candidates will be able to access their admit cards in the last week of May. To download the same, candidates need to fill up their registration number and date of birth. Therefore, keep your MP SET Application form print handy when you are going to download your MP SET Admit Card.

MP State Eligibility Test Registration Dates

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission ordered the online application for the State Eligibility Test in January 2023 under notification number 01/2023. Interested candidates could apply from 24 January to 26 February 2023. After checking the application forms received, eligible candidates will be called for the eligibility test in June 2023.

There will be 2 papers i.e. Paper – 1 and Paper – 2. Paper 1 will have questions on different subjects while Paper 2 will have questions on the elective subjects. The detailed examination scheme is as follows:

MP SET Admit Card Details – Instructions

MP SET Admit Cards will be issued online only. In any case, admit cards will not be sent through offline, so do not expect to deliver the exam admission letter by a postman or courier boy. For necessary information to download the admit card, keep the application form print ready with you.

All the necessary information on the admit card like the name of the candidate, a unique roll number, category, photograph, exam name, exam day and time, instructions to be followed in the exam etc. will be mentioned. The candidate will have to check all kinds of information well. If any kind of error is found, it will be mandatory for the candidate to rectify it through the head office of the Exam Authority.

At the time of examination, candidates are required to bring a photo identity card along with the MP SET Admit Card print. The photo on the ID card should be identical. A valid photo ID card may be among Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter’s ID Card, Pan Card, Indian Passport, Bank Passbook etc.
