Government of Maharashtra, Revenue and Forest Department is initiating a recruitment for filling up vacant posts of Talathi and Stenographer posts in the 6 divisions of the State. The organization completed the online application submission process for these posts on 17 July 2023. Further, the department will conduct a written examination for these posts in the upcoming days.
As per the information, the written examination will be conducted from 17th August 2023 to 14th September 2023 tentatively. Recruitment for Talathi and Stenographer posts in the Revenue and Forest Department of Maharashtra was announced in June 2023. Online applications were invited from eligible desirous candidates for a total of 4644 vacancies from 26 June to 17 July 2023. All the eligible applicants will be called for the written examination as per the schedule allotted to them.

- Questions will be asked on different topics.
- All the questions will be objective-type multiple-choice in nature.
- In the exam, there will be a total of 100 questions.
- Each question will be of 2 marks i.e. exam will be of 200 marks.
