The government has taken three major decisions today to deal with the new variant of Corona:
- The first decision is that the nasal vaccine has been approved. Now the vaccine will also be given through the nose.
- The second decision is that on December 27, an all-India mock drill will be conducted in hospitals so that the ability to deal with Corona can be tested.
- The third decision is that a new advisory has come on the new eid.

In today’s time, the way Corona has caused havoc in China, something similar was done in India in 2020-21. The worst phase of this epidemic was seen in India during this period. Amid the growing threat of Corona, the central government has approved Bharat biotech company’s nasal vaccine.
Bharat Biotech’s Nasal Vaccine Approved by Govt
This vaccine is now available in hospitals. The Covid-19 nasal vaccine means that the vaccine will be injected not through injection but through the nose and it will be used as a booster dose. In the initial phase, this vaccine will be available in private hospitals and people who have taken Covishield and Covaxin vaccines can also take Bharat Biotech’s nasal vaccine.
Mock Drills to be conducted to prepare for the Covid-19 pandemic
Corona is currently under control in the country but the government does not want to take any laxity in preparation. There is no news of the Lockdown in the country as of now.
On December 27, there will be a huge mock drill across the country. Emergency mock drills will be conducted in hospitals across the country. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya will also visit a hospital. Through this mock drill, the emergency response system will be checked so that the biggest threat of Corona can be dealt with if needed.
It is a matter of relief that corona cases in India are the lowest compared to other countries. Daily cases of corona are increasing in the world but are decreasing in India.

Two months ago, on average, 1467 new cases were reported every day. After that, this figure decreased further in the month of November. In the first week of November, daily cases reached 974 and in the second week of November, daily cases fell to 652. Then this figure went below 500. In the first week of December, the daily cases were just 221. In the second week of December, this figure dropped to 180 and this week the average of daily cases is just 153.

Completely agreed, the benefits of the lockdown must be implemented now, educational instituitions as well as companies and many work places should allow or at least keep the option for work from home, it results in saving time, money and energy which is otherwise lost in transit, or in general.
Lockdown, in my opinion can be applied in metropolitan cities in certain areas, may not be necesarily everywhere for probably at least 10 days or more perhaps upto 20, just to see if it helps in any way…

Lockdown is not good way to stay away from COVID-19. If again lockdown in India then more peoples will be die from poverty than COVID-19. I think there is no need of lockdown because 95 percent of people's was vaccinated so, they have strong immune system for face COVID-19 but they have no immune system for face poverty.
