Karnataka State Police Department is initiating a recruitment for 3484 Armed Police Constable posts. The application registration concluded on 31 October 2022. The state police department will further organize written examinations for these posts. The schedule for the written examination will be released on the official portal soon.

The selection process includes physical tests, written examination and document verification. The complete schedule having dates of physical tests and written examinations will be available soon. Candidates must check the website regularly for exam updates and the KSP PC Hall Ticket Release date.

Karnataka Police Constable Exam Scheme & Paper Pattern

• KSP Civil Police Constable Exam will have two papers i.e. Descriptive and Objective type.
• The descriptive Paper will have three sections, Essay writing, Precise, and translation.
• The objective-type paper will have questions on general awareness, current affairs, general science, and the history of Karnataka.
• Questions will be objective type multiple choice.
• A negative marking of 0.25 marks is applicable for incorrect answers.
• The time duration of both exams will be 90 minutes.

Kar Police Constable Hall Ticket Details – Exam Instructions

State Police Recruitment Board will release KSP Hall Ticket for Constables online at least two weeks before the exam date. There will be important details like the candidate’s name, category, post name, registration number, photograph etc. Also, exam-related information such as the examination centre name, date and time of exam and instructions to be followed during the exam will be mentioned on the hall ticket print.

As per the basic exam instructions, candidates are required to bring a valid photo identity proof and two coloured passport-size photographs along with the KSP Constable Hall Ticket print. Candidates without such documents will not be allowed to take the examination.
