JSSC Post Graduate Teachers Recruitment Notification 2023. PGT Selection Process and Vacancy Details & Eligibility Criteria @ jssc.nic.in.
Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has released a notification for the recruitment of PGT Staff. The commission will commence inviting applicants on 5 April 2023 and will conclude on 4 May 2023. The last date to submit the application fee is 6 May 2023.
The commission will fill 2855 regular vacancies and 265 backlog vacancies. The candidates who are interested to go to the official website and check their official notification first to check whether they clear the eligibility criteria or not.
The candidates who will clear the examination will be recruited as teachers in the schools under the Jharkhand Government. If any candidate has made an error in the application process he/she will be given time to correct it, the window will open from 10 May 2023 to 12 May 2023.

Selection Process
The candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks obtained in the Post Graduate Trained Teacher Competitive Examination. The candidates who will be shortlisted will be called for document verification. If a candidate is found with fake documents his/her seat will be cancelled.
Eligibility Criteria
The are a few criteria set by the commission for the post of teacher in the institutes.
Age Limit – The minimum age limit for all the categories is 21 years. But the maximin age limit varies according to the categories. The upper age limit for the General and EWS categories is 40 years. The maximum age limit for OBC/ BC is 42 years. The maximum age limit for women candidates of all categories is 43 years. The upper limit for the SC/ ST is 45 years.
Educational Qualification – Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a related subject from a recognized institute or a Master’s degree in a related subject with B.A.Ed/B.Sc.ED or with 3 yr B.ED/M.ED.
Application Fee
For a certain category, the commission has given a concession on the application fee. The fee has to be paid online via credit card or debit card or net banking.
