Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) will conduct Common Entrance Test (JK CET) in the last week of May 2023. The tentative date of the examination is 28 May 2023. The admit cards will be issued to the eligible candidates and the download link will be released in the first week of May.

The purpose of the Jammu Kashmir Common Entrance Test is to provide Admission to Bachelor of Engineering & Technology Courses-2023 in Government/ Private Colleges/Institutions of UT of J&K. The Examination shall be conducted Offline at Jammu / Srinagar designated Centres simultaneously decided by the Examination Board.

Thousands of candidates who are willing to get admission in Engineering and Technology courses in different colleges and universities of Jammu & Kashmir registered themselves for the Common Entrance Test. The registration started on 04 April and the last date of registration without a late fee was 24 April 2023.
The organization will conduct the Common Entrance Test for admissions on 28 May at different examination centres across the state. The qualified candidates will be offered admission to Engineering and Technology Courses in the college of their filled choice.
JKCET 2023 Question Paper Pattern
J&K Common Entrance Test 2023 will be Pen & a paper-based test. There will be a single paper comprising 180 objective-type questions. The duration of the competitive test will be 3 hours. The Question Paper Pattern will be based on the syllabus of 10+2 prescribed by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination.
