ISRO VSSC Recruitment 2023 Apply Online for Technical Assistant Post at www.vssc.gov.in

Indian Space Research Organisation released a recruitment advertisement on 29 April 2023 and the advertisement number is VSSC-323 on its authorised portal. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 63 vacancies will be filled up in Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre which is further distributed according to different posts such as Technical Assistant 60 vacancies, Scientific Assistant 02 vacancies and Library Assistant 01 vacancy notified in the advertisement.

Eligibility Criteria for Techincal Assistant

• For Techincal Assistant Post: Applicants should have a first-class Diploma in Engineering in which trade they want to apply such as Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/Electronics & Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Production/ Computer Science / Chemical Engineering /Technology/ Refrigeration & AC/ Automobile and Civil Engineering.
• For Scientific Assistant: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from any recognized institute or University.
• For Library Assistant-A Level: Master’s degree in Library Science/Library & Information Science is required to apply for a library assistant post in ISRO.

The aspirants must have completed the age of 18 years as on 16 May 2023. The upper age limit varies according to different categories which have been discussed below:

• General & EWS category: 35 years
• OBC Categories: 35-38 years
• SC/ST Categories: 35-40 years

ISRO Application fee

The application fee is ₹750/- for all applicants. Moreover, female, SC/ST, Ex-Serviceman and PWD candidates’ application fees will be fully refunded on condition that the candidates should appear in the written test. Apart from this, for other applicants who will appear in the written test, an amount of 500/- will be refunded after the deduction of bank charges. The fee may be paid by using online payment methods.
