Indian Navy published the recruitment notification on their official site for the post of Chargeman. The total number of 372 vacant posts is mentioned in the notification in different trades. Eligibility Criteria for Navy Chargeman
Educational Qualification
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized University of the state or centre. Along with this, a diploma in Engineering in the appropriate discipline is also required for the Chargeman post from any recognized board or university.
Age Limit
Candidates who wish to apply must be between 18 to 25 years old as of the closing date of the application form. In the upper age limit the age relaxation is also provided for reserved categories such as SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years, PwBD 10 years and other categories like ESM, government employees and defence disabled personnel as per the Govt. rules.
Application Fee for Navy Jobs
The application fee can be paid online through credit card/debit card/net banking and UPI. The application fee is ₹278 and it is non-refundable in any case if once paid. All female candidates and other candidates who belong to SC/ST/PwBD/ESM categories are exempted to pay the application fee.
