The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission has notified candidates about the commencement of the written examination in May 2022. But the board postponed the examination and now candidates are waiting for a fresh exam schedule. This examination is being organized for the selection of 20 candidates for the post of Naib Tehsildar in the State Revenue Department.
For these positions, a large number of qualified individuals applied before the deadline of February 5, 2022. All candidates will have to take the Preliminary Exam, the Main Exam, and the Interview as part of the selection process.

HP Naib Tehsildar Selection Process
The Himachal Pradesh PSC will organize a selection process for all eligible candidates for the Naib Tehsildar examination. The candidates will have to appear in a three-phased selection process.
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Exam
- Personality Test/Interview
- The examination will be 120 marks.
- There will be 120 questions in the exam too.
- Applicants will get a 01 mark for each correct answer.
- A penalty of .25 marks will be applied for each wrong answer.
- The board will allow candidates to appear in the exam for a maximum of 120 minutes.
