In such a situation, a person named Sadna Pir came to him and asked him to change his religion. He thought that if Ravidas ji converts, then millions of his devotees will also change their religion. Ravidas ji always spread the propaganda of social unity by removing discrimination. Saint Ravidas ji or Guru Ravidas Ji used to give the same message through his poems. He used to use the Braj Bhasha of common people in his poems. Apart from this, he also used Awadhi, Urdu-Persian, Rajasthani, Khadi Boli and Rekhta etc. in his poems. His forty verses were also included in the holy scripture Guru Granth Sahib. It is said that Mirabai Bhai, a devotee of Krishna, was his disciple. It is also said that Jhali Rani Bhai, wife of Rana Sanga of Chittor, was his disciple.
