Gujarat State Examination Board, Gandhinagar, Gujarat has released a notification for Teacher’s Aptitude Test. Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board will hold this exam. The application registration for the examination started on 02 May 2023. The last date to register for the Gujarat TAT is 20 May 2023.

The exam consists of two papers, with each paper having a duration of 120 minutes. Paper I is for candidates who wish to teach in secondary schools (Class 01 to 05), while Paper II is for those who wish to teach in higher secondary schools (Class 06 to 08). The Gujarat TAT exam evaluates candidates’ aptitude and knowledge in various subjects such as English, Hindi, Gujarati, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, and Computer Science.

Applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree or Graduation Degree in any discipline with more than 50% marks. Along with the graduation degree applicants should also possess a B.Ed diploma. Applicants are advised to check the detailed information brochure thoroughly for educational details.

Gujarat TAT Application Fee Details

Applicants from General Categories are required to pay ₹500/- as an application fee.  Candidates who belong to the Reserved Categories should pay ₹400/-. Payment of this application fee can be done using a debit card, credit card or Internet Banking.
