EPFO SSA Admit Card 2023 Check SSA & Stenographer Written Exam Date

EPFO Admit Card 2023 for Social Security Assistant and Stenographer. Check EPFO SSA / Stenographer Examination Scheme, Written Exam Date and other details at epfindia.gov.in

Employees Provident Fund Organization completed the online application submission process for the posts of Social Security Assistant and Stenographer on 26 April 2023. The window for application correction was opened on 27 and 28 April 2023. Further, the organization will conduct a written examination for these posts.

The schedule of the EPFO SSA / Stenographer exam will be released on the official website soon. As well as the examination schedule is announced, the organization will publish a notice for the release of exam admit cards. The EPFO SSA / Stenographer Admit Cards will be issued to the eligible candidates through the official website. Candidates can access the same after logging in using the application number and date of birth on the portal.

The organization released a notification for various posts of Social Security Assistant and Stenographers in March 2023. Notification for 2674 vacancies of Social Security Assistant and 185 Group C Stenographers has been published on the official website of EPFO. For eligible candidates, an online application link was opened from 27 March to 26 April 2023.

EPFO SSA / Stenographer Exam Date

A massive number of candidates from all over India applied for the EPFO SSA / Stenographer jobs. The applicants are eagerly waiting for the written exam date. The organization has not released any statement regarding the examination date or another selection schedule right now.

Scrutiny of received application forms has started. The candidates whose application forms are found valid will be issued EPFO Admit Cards and will be called for the written examination. It is expected that the authority will organize an examination for these posts within the next three months.   • Each question will have 4 marks.
  • English Comprehension will be objective type.
  • The marks obtained in Phase-1 will be considered for final selection on merit.

  • The duration of the test will be 2 Hours and 30 minutes.
  • The candidates will be shortlisted for Phase II in a ratio of 1:10 i.e. about 10 times the number of vacancies in each category on the basis of their performance in Phase-I.

Phase-II Computer Skill Test (Data Entry Test)

Candidates are required to appear for the Skill Test to assess speed and accuracy for Data Entry Work. A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer. 35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 Key Depression Per Hour (KDPH) / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word for Data Entry Work. The test will be qualifying in nature and Marks obtained will not be reckoned for
merit ranking.

  • The question paper will be of Objective Type Multiple Choice only. The questions will be set both in English and Hindi except for part III i.e. English Language and Comprehension.
  • The marks obtained in Phase-1 will be considered for final selection on merit.
  • The test will be 800 marks in total.
  • The duration of the test will be 2 Hours and 30 minutes.
  • The candidates will be shortlisted for Phase II in a ratio of 1:10 i.e. about 10 times the number of vacancies in each category on the basis of their performance in Phase-I.

Phase II Skill Test in Stenographer

The candidates who are shortlisted in the Phase-1 Examination are required to appear in the Skill Test for Stenography. The time allotted is as under:

  • Dictation: Ten minutes at the rate of eighty words per minute. (Dictation will be computer-based).
  • Transcription: Fifty minutes (English) / Sixty-five minutes (Hindi). (Only on a computer).

How to download EPFO SSA Admit Card 2023?

The candidates must note that the EPFO Admit Card for SSA and Group C Stenographer posts will be released online only. The call letters will not be sent to the candidates in other mediums. After downloading the admit cards, candidates must check the details printed on call letters thoroughly. If an error is found, candidates should contact the exam authority for rectification.
