In Haryana, School Education Board announced the 12th Class result on 15 May 2023. Then, the Department of Higher Education in Haryana completed the registration process for admission to Under Graduate Courses on 7 July.
Further, the department released the First Merit List for Undergraduate Admissions in Haryana Colleges. The First DHE Haryana UG Merit list for the admissions to the classes B.A., B.Sc, B.Com, BCA etc is released on 12 July 2023.
The students who have registered and paid the registration fee will be considered for admission based on their academic records in the qualifying exam of class 12th. A direct link to check the respective merit list will be activated on the admissions website accordingly.
The listed students can get admission to their allotted college as per the course they registered for. The regular classes for the academic session will start on 22 August 2023. All the colleges and concerned universities have been notified regarding the same.

In Haryana, 345 colleges are participating in the UG Admission process for 90 Undergraduate Programmes/Courses. There are a total of 228566 seats available. On average, more than ten thousand students registered their applications for admission purposes. Till now, 40084 Boys and 47498 Girls registered for Undergraduate Courses.
DHE Haryana Admission Process for UG Courses
The students can check the first DHE Haryana Admission Merit List on the online portal. The students whose name is on the list and who wish to confirm the seat allotted to them can pay the admission fee online and book the seat. Within a few days, a second merit list will be published based on vacant seats. Thereafter, there will be an Open Counselling/Re-opening of the Online Admission Portal for Registration for leftover seats w.e.f. 21 July 2023.
Contact the admission branch of the college allotted to you and pay the course admission fee and book your seat. Then, wait for the session/Teaching starting date i.e. 21 July 2023.
