- Secretary: Applicants should possess a Degree with HDC & BM, B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Agricultural University, a Masters Degree in Business Administration or M.Com with Finance, B.Com (Co-operation) or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
- Assistant Secretary/ Chief Accountant: Candidate must have a Degree, Cooperative Higher Diploma (HDC or HDC & BM of Kerala State Cooperative Union or HDC or HDCM of National Council for Cooperative Training), B.Sc/MSc, B.Com Degree or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
- Junior Clerk/ Cashier: SSLC, Karnataka State Co-operative Federation and Junior Diploma in Cooperation (JDC), B.Com Degree, Higher Diploma in Co-operation, B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) of Kerala Agricultural University.
- System Administrator: Candidate should possess a B.Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, and Communication Engineering / MCA / MSc (Computer Science or IT) or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
- Data Entry Operator: Applicants should have a Graduation Degree, Kerala Certificate of passing data entry course or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
- Typist: SSLC, KT. E English & Malayalam Typewriting (Lower) or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
Candidates’ age should be Minimum of 18 years and a Maximum of 40 years as of 01 January 2022. Age relaxation to SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH candidates will be applicable as per Government Rule Regulations.
