The constable exam will be held in various states all over India and the exam will conduct in multiple shifts. We are giving advice to all candidates to prepare well for the paper and must go through the exam pattern and selection process of CRPF.
Exam Pattern for Constable Tradesman/Technical Posts
The level of the exam of matriculation-level & exam will contain all objective-type questions. The computer-based exam will be conducted by the authority. The paper will be divided into four different parts. Moreover, all questions in English language and a total of 100 questions will be available for 100 marks. Apart from this, 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates should be completed the paper within 2 hours.

CRPF Selection Process
The selection process of CRPF has divided into five stages:
- Computer Based Test
- Physical Measurement Test/Physical Efficiency Test
- Trade Test
- Documents Verification
- Medical Examination
The applicants will be selected on the basis of the CBT test score for the next phase of the selection process. Approximately 8 times more candidates will be selected for PST/PET of the total vacancies and the number of candidates selected for trade test/document verification will be approximately 2 to 3 times more of the total vacant posts. After that, aspirants undergo a medical examination. After completion of all stages of the selection process, the final merit list will be prepared and published on the official site.

The exam letter will be published only in online mode and will not be sent by post. Apart from this, information regarding the examination city or centre will mention in the call letter. To download the examination letter follow the below-mentioned steps:
- In the commencing step, go to the official site which is crpf.gov.in
- On the homepage, looks for the “Constable Tradesman/Technical Admit Card” link and click on it.
- A new page will open, and then aspirants open their user id with a password.
- Then click on the exam letter pdf and open it & ensure all mentioned details will be correct like the candidate’s name, photograph etc.
