CPRI Recruitment 2023 Notification Released for 99 Vacancies

CPRI Engineering and technician Posts Recruitment Notification 2023. Check the eligibility criteria and selection process of each post @ cpri.res.in.

Central Power Research Institute has released a notification for the recruitment of Engineering. The notification is released to fill 99 vacancies. The posts are Engineering Officer Gr-I, Scientific/ Engineering Assistant, Technician Gr-I, and Assistant Gr. II.

The applicants can start their application process on 25 March 2023. The last date to fill out the registration form is 14 April 2023. Selection Process

The procedure of all the posts varies from each other. For the post of Engineering Officer Grade 1 GATE Score of the year 2021/ 2022/ 2023 will be taken into account. For Scientific / Engineering Assistant Computer based test will be held and after that, a skill test will be taken. For Technician Grade 1 CBT and Trade tests will be taken and for Assistant Grade-II only CBT will be held.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit – For different posts maximum age limit is different. The candidates need to be at least 18 years old to apply for the job.

Education Qualification – For the post of Engineering Officer Grade 1 the candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering, /Electronics & Communication Engineering / Mechanical Engineering /Civil Engineering.

For Scientific Assistant, the aspirant should have First Class B.Sc. in Chemistry with 5 years of experience and for  Engineering Assistant should possess a First Class 3-year Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience.

For Technician Grade 1 candidate should possess ITI Trade Certificate in Electrical and for the post of Assistant Grade-II, the aspirant should possess First Class BA/ BSc. / B.Com/ BBA / BBM/BCA
degree or Grade-B certificate in Basic Computer Course conducted by  NIELIT.
