Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur has released the examination notice for Pre-Polytechnic Test 2023. CG PPT Exam will be conducted on 09 July 2023. The purpose of this test is to provide admission to deserving candidates to Diploma Programs in Polytechnic Institutions of Chhatisgarh.

Chhattisgarh Pre Polytechnic Test (CG PPT) is a state-level entrance test that provides entry to diploma courses in polytechnic institutions. It is conducted by CGPEB every year and qualified candidates are offered admission to Engineering Diploma courses at the state polytechnic government & non-government colleges of Chhattisgarh.
CGPEB released notification for the Pre-Polytechnic Test 2023 in May 2023. Applications were invited online for this exam from 29 May to 18 June 2023. Thereafter, the examination board will organize an offline exam on 09 July 2023 at different examination centres located in 27 cities of Chhattisgarh state.
Chhattisgarh PPT Examination Scheme & Paper Pattern
Chhattisgarh PPT Exam will be offline i.e. (Pen-Paper based). The exam will be of three hours & 15 minutes. As there is no negative marking, therefore, students are advised to mark all the questions. The scheme of examination will be as follows:
- The written exam will be conducted offline.
- The question paper will be in the English language.
- There will be a total of 150 questions.
- All the questions will be of multiple objective types.
- Each question will be of 1 mark.
- There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
- The duration of the written test will be 3 hours.
