The recruitment advertisement regarding the Assistant post was published in December 2022. The BPSC Assistant Admit Card 2023 will be uploaded by the BPSC on its official website. As per the official notice, a total of 42 vacancies will be filled up after completing both stages of the exam i.e prelims exam and the Main exam.

The complete examination schedule will be mentioned in the exam letter. In between, applicants read the complete exam pattern before appearing in the prelims paper and be prepared for the paper. The BPSC will organise the paper in various districts across Bihar.
Assistant Exam Pattern
Preliminary Paper Pattern
- In the prelims exam, all multiple-choice questions will present.
- The paper will be divided into three sections i.e General Studies, Science and mental ability.
- Each section will carry 50 questions for 50 marks and the paper will contain a total of 150 marks.
- Applicants will be completed the paper within 2 hours and 15 minutes.
- All questions in the exam will contain both languages i.e English and Hindi.

Mains Exam Pattern
The Assistant Mains exam will consist of two papers, the first one for Hindi and the second for General Knowledge. Both papers will contain MCQ types questions. The first paper will only be conducted in the Hindi language & on the other side the second paper will be bilingual. For each paper, 2 hours and 15 minutes will be given.

Assistant Selection Process
The selection process for the assistant job will be divided as follows:
- Preliminary Exam
- Mains Examination
Those candidates who will qualify for the prelims exam will only take part in the mains paper. About 10 times more of the total vacancies, applicants will call for the main exam. On the basis of both exams, the merit list will be prepared by the BPSC.
How to download the BPSC Assistant Admit Card 2023?
The commission will release the call letter on its official site. The examination centre information and exam timing will be printed on the admit card in detail. For downloading the examination letter, aspirants follow the below-given step:
