The examination centre will be made in different districts across the Bihar State. In the meantime, examinees must go through the paper pattern of the exam and other details regarding the exam.
Security Guard Paper Pattern
- The exam will be conducted in offline mode i.e. OMR sheet based.
- The paper will be divided into two sections.
- The examination authority will be given 120 minutes to complete the paper.
- All questions in the exam will be in English and Hindi languages.
- The paper will carry 100 questions for 100 marks, one mark for 1 correct answer will be awarded.

Bihar Security Guard Selection Process
As per the notification, the selection process for Security Guards is divided into four stages.
- Written Examination
- PET/PST
- Medical Test
- Document Verification
The first step of the selection process is a written test. An offline paper will be conducted by the authority in multiple shifts. Examinees who qualify for the OMR-based test will be invited for the Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test. The PST/PET will be conducted for 100 marks. Furthermore, shortlisted applicants will undergo a medical fitness test.
The last stage of the selection process is document verification, all original documents will be verified by the selection authority. After completing all stages, the final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidate in all stages.
