Central Selection Board of Constables, Patna is initiating a recruitment of Constable posts in the Bihar Police Department. A notification under Advt No: 01/2023 has been published on the official website of CSBC on 20 June 2023.
Through this recruitment drive, applications were invited from eligible candidates for a total of 21,391 vacancies of Constables. Eligible candidates can apply online for these posts till 20 July 2023. Thereafter, the selection board will organize a written examination for these posts. CSBC Bihar Police Constable Examination Scheme
The Bihar Police Constable selection process will comprise various phases i.e. Written Examination, Physical Tests and Interview/Documents Verification. The scheme of written examination and physical tests is as follows:
- The written exam will be conducted offline on OMR Sheets.
- All questions will be Multiple type questions type.
- A total of 100 questions will be asked on different topics in the exam.
- Each question will be of 1 mark.
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.
- The duration of the test will be 2 hours.
