The written examination will be organized to fill a total of 236 vacancies in the power electricity department, in Assam. The examination will be conducted in the few upcoming days by the commission.
APSC Exam Pattern
- The mode of the paper will be computer-based.
- The duration of the exam will be 2 hours and will contain all multiple-choice questions.
- A total of 100 questions will present in the exam for 100 marks.
- Two different exams will be conducted for the Jr. assistant and Assitant Manager posts.
- There will be a 0.25 negative marking on the written test.

Junior & Assistant Manager Selection Process
The selection process will be divided into the following stages:
- Written Examination
- Skill Test
- Interview/Documents Verification
- Medical Test
The written test will be cleared by the candidates to take part in the next stage of the selection process. Shortlisted candidates will invite for the skill test according to their trade of the applicants and after that, they will appear in the interview/viva-voce test. Along with this, the certificate verification will be done on the same day of the interview. If aspirants will clear all stages of the selection process will undergo a medical examination test. In the last, the final merit list will be published on the APSC site.
