State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh conducted an entrance test known as the Polytechnic Common Entrance Test on 10 May 2023.
Andhra Polycet exam is conducted once a year to provide admission to various Diploma level programs in Government, Aided, Private, and Un-aided Polytechnics & Engineering Colleges. A massive number of students appeared in the entrance test at near about 400 examination centres situated in 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh.

The entrance test was conducted in a single shift from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM across Andhra Pradesh state.
Polycet Exam Overview
The education board was taken an offline exam on the OMR sheet. The question paper consisted of 120 objective-type questions. The paper was divided into three sections according to subjects i.e. Mathematics, Physics and chemistry. Each question contained four options, one mark for one correct question and there was no negative marking.
