Andhra Pradesh State Level Police Recruitment Board will conduct a written examination for Police Constable and Sub-Inspector posts soon. Recently, the board completed the application registration process for these posts. Soon, the exam notice will be published on the board’s official website.

The selection criteria for AP SLPRB PC and SI posts comprise of Preliminary Test, Mains Examination and Physical Tests. According to the notification, the Preliminary Test for Police Constables will be held on 22 January 2023 while the examination for Sub-Inspector posts is scheduled on 19 February 2023. The board will issue AP Police Hall Tickets to the eligible candidates at least two weeks before the exam date.

The pattern of the written examination for Andhra Pradesh Police Constable and Sub Inspector posts will be as follows:

• There will be a written exam having Multiple Choice objective type questions.
• The exam will consist of a total no. of 200 MCQs on different topics.
• Questions will be asked in Telugu, English or Urdu Languages.
• One mark will be given for each correct answer.
• The duration of the written test will be 3 hours.

AP Police Hall Ticket will comprise essential details including the Candidate’s Name, registration number, exam name, examination centre name, exam timings etc. Candidates must check that the details are correct.
